Khalid bin Ma'dan narrated from Mu'adh bin Jabal that the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) said: "Whoever shames his brother for a sin, he shall not die until he (himself) commits it." (One of the narrators) Ahmad said: They said: 'From a sin he has repented from.'
খালিদ বিন মা‘দান মু‘আয বিন জাবাল (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণনা করেছেন যে, আল্লাহর রাসূল (সা.) বলেছেন: “যে ব্যক্তি তার ভাইকে কোনো পাপের জন্য লজ্জা দেয়/তিরস্কার করে, সে নিজে সেই পাপে লিপ্ত না হওয়া পর্যন্ত মৃত্যুবরণ করবে না।” একজন বর্ণনাকারী আহমদ বলেছেন: তারা বললেন, ‘যে পাপ থেকে সে তওবা করেছে, সেই পাপের ব্যাপারে।’
